year-round and seasonal residents of Isle au Haut — one of Maine's most remote and beautiful islands.
This link takes you to the Versant Outage Map. Our power is supplied via our undersea cable which starts in Stonington. To see if our cable is energized, zoom in to Stonington on the outage map. If Stonington is out of service but our webcam above is still live, we have already started our generator and there is power in town. If the webcam is not live and you see the Pat Tully sign above, we are mobilizing to start the generator. If your power is off and the webcam is live, please email operations@iahpower.org to let us know — this means we need to work on our grid. During storms, we will typically wait until conditions are safe before attempting a repair.
